SIDA was founded in 1982 and today employs 10 people, all working towards one goal: supplying products of ever-increasing quality and giving our customers genuine technical support, from the initial design of the plant through to its practical execution. We don't just sell a component: together with the customer we evaluate the porosity best suited to the wastewater being treated, the layout of the diffusers in the tank, and the management of the compressors — because a well-designed plant lasts longer and consumes less energy.
Our strategic choice is to stay focused on small and medium-sized plants, both municipal and industrial: a niche that lets us know every project we follow in depth, rather than spreading our attention across large, standardised contracts. The customers who value this approach most are plant contractors, management consortia, municipalities and companies that need to manage wastewater from industrial processes.
Our product range covers the whole cycle of microbubble aeration: ceramic tube and disc diffusers, elastomer tube and disc diffusers, systems for extracting and introducing tubular groups in full tanks, floor-anchored air distribution networks, and improved spare parts for existing systems. We also produce dedicated solutions for biogas filtration, O2-CO2 diffusion, fish farming and primary water filtration.
